Soshaku is a Japanese fusion restaurant. This is a proposed business model I made for my logo project in a graphic design class. It was my first year living in the US from Japan, so I wanted to try to mix Japanese style in the foreign design project. I used a Japanese brush-pen for the title in alphabet and Japanese. When I was making my portfolio, I thought I need some images to show how the logo will be used at a restaurant. At that time, I had to make the image in a short time with a low budget. So I made chopstick packages and took photos with a pair of chopsticks and a Japanese saucer I already had. For Asian style restaurant, chopstick package can always be a good item for showing the business identity.
